TRIBAL JUSTICE CENTER
Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes
The Tribal Justice Center project includes a circular tribal courtroom based on the sweat lodge inipi and cultural history of inipi. Additional space includes multiple meeting and conference rooms, court services office space, judicial offices, inmate holding and a beautiful public lobby area.
Watonga ERC
Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes
The Watonga Emergency Response Center project was a 12,500sf Design Build project that included a large multipurpose room, media room, conference room, washer/dryer facility, locker room with decontamination spaces, commercial kitchen, food pantry, offices, restrooms, support spaces, storage rooms and a safe room. Other ERC's with similar features and square footage is Geary, Woodward and Hammon
KINGFISHER ERC
Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes
The Kingfisher Emergency Response Center project was a Design Build that included a large flexible use multipurpose room, media room/computer lab, commercial kitchen, food pantry, offices, restrooms, support spaces, storage rooms and a safe room.
Lucky Star Travel Center
Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes & Lucky Star
Lucky Star Casino Travel Center is a full service travel center including, RV parking with electric and water hookups and 18 wheeler big truck parking spots, dog park and a full canopy. The interior amenities include a convenience store, showers, trucker lounge, laundry facilities, restaurant and a casino featuring 90 slot machines.
Kaw Housing Services Center
Kaw Housing (Kaw Tribe of Oklahoma)
The Kaw Housing Services Center was an ICDBG design build project that includes a welcoming entrance encompassing a steel tipi at the entrance, the interior includes a lobby with built in reception desk, waiting area, a board room, kitchen/breakroom, storage rooms, offices, restrooms and a large file storage room.
Cheyenne and Arapaho Treasury Building
Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribe
The Treasury building was a renovation/addition for the Cheyenne and arapaho tribes it included a drive through with a teller window, multiple office's, share work spaces, file storage, restrooms, break room, copy center, break area and a secure lobby.
Ponca EOC (Emergency Operations Center)
Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma
The Ponca Emergency Operations Center design build project includes offices, conference rooms, cafeteria and kitchen.
